Your Order Cancellation Rights
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been placed, no further modifications or cancellations can be made.
Conditions for Cancellation and Returns
Items once purchased are non-refundable. We offer exchange services on all orders for the same order value or higher. Accessories including masks and scrunches and panties are not returnable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded as per our terms and we also reserve the right to cancel any refunds. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
